I've been stuck in a hotel for the last month for work training, and I have several more weeks to go. The only thing I keep thinking is "damn I wish I drove down here instead of flying". I only got to put 2500 miles on the car since new. My one real concession to buying nice things in life is my car, since I work a lot of hours I figure I can at least enjoy the ride to and from.
I rented an economy Chevy Cruz twice now over weekends -thank you $9.99 enterprise weekend deal- so I can get out in town but its so bland and boring to drive (not to mention its really hard to gauge traffic gaps for 110hp). I want my stang back! :ford:
A lot of the guys in training with me don't get it, they see a car as a box with wheels to get from A to B so you want the cheapest one you could possibly get to do the job. The only guy who does is huge into bikes and said the same thing, he wishes he rode down so he could have some enjoyment.
