Guys,
Small metal shavings like shown in your pictures are not uncommon in new engines... I have seen way bigger shavings in my M5 after I changed the Vanos pump and gear, from the gears getting their tooth shaved and adapted to each other... No shavings after a couple of oil changes should be present though.
All that stuff just falls into the pan, and it is not circulated in the engine. Filter catches all the bad stuff, and only clean oil goes up through the pump.
When you change your oil, not all stuff comes out, a lot more is left in the oil pan and some of the metal bits will stay there...
Just saying, it's good habit to change oil early first time, but do not be extremely concerned with what you find... Unless you see copper, which means spun bearing, end of the engine.
