Just thinking.
My car insurance is currently on hold until the new one comes. The dealer said I can't choose a new plate until it's in Southampton which is fair enough but what's to stop me insuring it from the 25th if I get the plate when she lands? People have said that insuring in advance brings the premium down so gotta be worth it isn't it?

Or would this ensure that the car comes early to screw it up? ..... mmmm, I like the sound of that

If your planning to use sticky pads for holding on the number plates, stick them on before the Gtechniq coating, adhesion will be a pain once the coating has cured.
Good shout I will let the detailer know about this, thanks mate.

Obviously I want the car asap. It's just the lack of information since it arrived at Zeebrugge that is annoying.
If somebody said it was going to be the 2nd of july I wouldn't mind as at least I would then know when it would be arriving then instead of it may be on a ship next week, we don't know.

I was given a delivery at dealer of 2nd july, but since my car is still halfway across the atlantic, don't see it happening. :frusty:

It's just me being daft and pissed off about nothing really, in the big scheme of things it doesn't matter a jot. Will just wait and see what happens next week.
