Looks great . I reading the product page on these: 2024 is loads stronger than 6061T6 - what treatment is your 2024, and are they clear coated at all? I addition to being stronger 2024T3 corrodes a lot more - in aircraft use, there's always a zinc chromate or epoxy finish used.
I think they're bare aluminum, but if you call us at 561.588.6630 we can discuss it in more detail. I think the links on my car are safe though. I feel like the car is pretty fast, but it doesn't cruise at 500mph at 30,000 feet. :)

So far the short time i've driven it just to work and lunch today it's noticeable and i opt'd for the no-tune option for the moment. Sounds great, though i have the corsa extreme so it can be hard to hear it from the cabin. I will say it has volume at WOT with the CAI sound in the front and exhaust in the rear i feel that i'm enveloped in pure bliss. Took the sound tube out as well. First underhood/engine mod but won't be the last. It's a daily so i'll have more input laters. Again props to Steeda and the team there :headbang:  :clap2:
Glad to hear that. That will be one of my first power mods. Was looking at the Steeda CAI that requires a tune. I've seen they make some great numbers, so I can't wait to install mine. Enjoy the car, can't wait to see what else you do to it

Bought an extra set of 2016 hood vents and had them painted gloss black to silver fade.

That looks pretty sharp.

Looks pretty awesome! I was actually looking at AM and their vinyl piece and after seeing yours painted like that, I just may do that.

I'm still hoping I can find someone local to swap me an EB or V6 hood for my GT so I can get rid of the eyesores!

Its bad enough having unsightly seams between body panels without adding unnecessary seams in the middle of panels! [/mini-rant]

But I guess if you're stuck with them no reason to not pretty them up.

That APR splitter looks good. I'm undecided on whether I like the struts or not, but they certainly look a lot better in black.

At normal driving height, how low is the APR splitter from the ground?

Not too close at all. I'm on airbags so I can adjust it to whatever.
