I used it on my emblems and I put a glossifier over it. That 6 bucks I could spend if I don't like it I could pull it off.
I have not had luck with the glossifier. It gave me an alligator skin like finish both times I tried to use it.

The glossifier is harder to put on. Mine shows a little bit of orange peel. I watch this video after I use the glossifier LOL. When using the glossifier and needs to be one solid spray

I did plastidip on my mirror covers, but I didn't like the look. Looked like cheap textured trim plastic. Not for me.

I have a set of new mirror covers coming in the mail soon. Gonna take them to a body shop to have them painted black.

Meanwhile, woke up to this. We had some storms last night, but I don't think my car's ever been this dirty. Did a quick wash just to make the car look somewhat presentable.

And I just did a full detail of it monday afternoon. Lasted long being clean.

Didn't bother to take another pic of it being clean though.

I like your windshield shade !! I have an exact fit one for my car but yours looks way better made than mine. Where did you get it ?

It's the covercraft windshield shade.

I got mine here:
https://lmr.com/item/COV-UV11372SV/2015-Mustang-Covercraft-Windshield-Sunshade-No-Logo

You can buy it at the covercraft site, and they have more color options and logo options.

It's absolutely essential if you park outdoors in a hot climate.

I had a heatshield for my last car, and while it was nice, it was a burden to put in all the time because it was one piece and didn't easily fold. The covercraft shades aren't as exact of a fit as the heatshields, but they're pretty good. And very sturdy and folds easily.

Covercraft totally worth the money. I have the 50 year logo one.
