Just ran across this. He knows what he posted it for. Somebody should call to check it out. I already have one.

Bait and switch. Called 2 dealers that advertised this and they said it was an "error" and wanted 10-15k over.

How do they determine what cars get block heaters? Would imagine all Canadian ones have one, but curious how the decision is made for US models.

I would usually agree, but the description acknowledges it is priced at the point that it is so....they can't really claim it's a mistake.

Its definitely shady, but not surprising. I bet it opened a lot of discussions with potential customers who they can sell for the "real" price or sell down to a GT.

One dealer I called on had a white/blue tech pack car priced about 4k under. Called them up and said it was 10k over. 100% BS. Why would a dealer that could sell for sticker in a heartbeat price it at around invoice. Car is still in high demand. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Most ads are nothing but bait. Besides I would never by a Tech pack car now, only track or 2017..

That's reason for them to sell below msrp then, right? The tech pack 2016 has become unfavorable to many as news of the 2017 changes have spread. Not saying this is legit, but the extra wording on the ad makes it seem possible. Not every dealer is out to squeeze every dime out of every deal. I bought a Hellcat at $2k under msrp. The dealer could've gotten more from someone else.

If this is bait and switch advertising then it should, at the very least, be reported to the better business bureau. As that is worded, nobody should be able to get away with the lame excuse, "oh that's a mistake."
