Did you select the 20 X 9 et 20? Or was that the advice of the sellers? I ask because the oem wheels are all +40 or more. +20 is really pushing the wheel out. I installed 1" spacers on the rear wheel for now and that is not pushing out as far as a +20 wheel would.

Anyway I don't plan on lowering the car, in fact I plan to run 285/40/19 tires all around to keep some sidewall cushioning and fill the wheel well just a bit more.
When I bought my wheels, they did not have a 20x9 +40. The only option from their site was the +20.

These are the TSW Bathursts.

They seem to have a +30 now. Wish they had that when I bought them back in March of 2015.

A nice day for top down touring

Okay. I did the G2 treatment on the front calipers. And went out driving to see if anyone noticed.

Alton,
AH ha, another CDC light bar adopter. :coolphotos:

Also, I don't know if the difference in trunk lid curvature and rear quarter panels between coup and convertible is actually visible to the naked eye. Anyone able to see and describe it? I'll have to try pulling next to a coup next time I have the chance.

From RPI design:

The deck lid and the quarter panels are a different shape than the coupe. Our spoiler does not have enough curve on the bottom to fit.

You take beautiful pics Bud!!!! But the subject helps. Nicest vert I have seen here. No offence intended to any others Just wondering what photography equipment you are using? And would you have a full side profile with the top up / windows up and top down / windows up? I would like to see how the tint looks. Thanx

Thanks a lot man! I'm using a Canon 6D with 70-300mm and 24-105mm lens. I recently just sold my Sony a6000 to a friend just because I wanted to go with a full frame. I've started tweaking with a few additional settings when editing and going a little out of what I'd usually do, and I'm loving "the new way" a lot more. :D

Here's the closest that I've gotten with the top up/windows up since the new wheels and one with the old wheels:

I haven't taken many with the top up since I got the CDC light bar, lol. No pics with the top down and windows up though :(.

Thanx for the pics  I cant wait to get my GT/CS vert and start shooting. ;) Not sure how I am going to mod it yet. Just want to get her home first.:)
But, as far as pics go, I don't expect to get the quality of your photos with a Nikon D90, but still not s half bad camera:D

Nice! That GT/CS is gonna be beautiful man. And it's all good! I'm still learning as well. I see a few shots in this forum that make me question my skills a lot of times, lol.

Ha ha. I really wouldn't go that far. Your car is beautiful as well.:D

When choosing a color for my vert, I was going with Ruby Red up until a day before ordering. I have a RR F150 FX4 Screw and I was afraid it would be too much red.

I hope I don't regret the white, but the more I think about it, the more I feel I made the right choice. The black on white is a classic look and I think the CS got the accenting right:thumbsup:
