Let's look at Honda's V8...that's right there is none. Why do you think that is true? They can't figure out how to build one? Unlikely. They don't use many turbos either. My point is, they don't build a car like your coveted 2017 Fusion because they choose not to build it. Imagine that, and they still sell a lot of cars without having to resort to gimmicks. Their philosophy is different. Don't like it? Don't buy it.
How ironic that you should say that, considering that the only "gimmick" is labeling a model as a "Sport" when the only difference between the standard and "Sport" model is some cheap appearance modifications.
Nobody cares about anyone's "philosophy", you are going off on a tangent. The bottom line is the Fusion Sport will be a real performance model, while it's competition labels their models as "Sport" with nothing more than some cosmetic changes.
I suppose you think that a GT Performance Pack is a "gimmick" because they give you actual performance upgrades instead of just changing the wheel design, right lol? :doh:
