Didn't Ford spent time engineering the front grill to be a perfect gap for optimum airflow etc etcYep, and the lettering.
The lights do really look good, the pic quality kills it.
At least he is going a different route than what most will
It always amuses me when people choose form over function.Didn't Ford spent time engineering the front grill to be a perfect gap for optimum airflow etc etc
...and he just went and put lights there?

The same as Ford spend oodles onDidn't Ford spent time engineering the front grill to be a perfect gap for optimum airflow etc etc

Again... Is that warrantedAgain... Burn it with fire
To me it's a slightly different story to the exhaust and suspension because these cater to the majority and were done due to cost. The same as Ford spend oodles on
exhaust
suspension
etc.etc.etc
And some know better than Ford and spend their hard earned on these.
Looks like they didn't spend oodles on our RHD headers :frusty:.The same as Ford spend oodles on

That IS a bit of a worry. I would definitely prefer the vents to not having them.I'm already worried about the heat under the bonnet due to our 'Oz spec' bonnet, then again we never heard any owners have problems. I wonder how many took them out in full traffic in perth on our 42 degree days....i'll be doing it next summer for sure.
Apparently the cost is negligable as he has access to a water/laser cutter. To me it's a slightly different story to the exhaust and suspension because these cater to the majority and were done due to cost.
CFD design of the intake opening size has more to do with function than cost, coz if they wanted a bigger opening they'd just punch out more holes in the honeycomb.

No money left for those non essential export marketsLooks like they didn't spend oodles on our RHD headers :frusty:.
Apologies if I was unclear.Apparently the cost is negligable as he has access to a water/laser cutter.
The only area that restricts airflow is the actual area around the lights as he has made a mest insert.
