I must have been a American in a past life :). I hate parking in tiny spaces and will go and find some place else. Besides more chance of someone opening their doors on you in a tiny space.
Not particularly interested in stickers either (hate them as a general rule), but think it's great that Deysha's helping people that do want them.
If you want truly mad, I have a beer label collection. Have thousands in stamp albums. That's got to be more nuts than a Mustang sticker...
If it works for you, do it. Obviously someone has cancelled an order that's the same or very similar to yours. Someone has to take the car. Why not you?
Such a champion is Deysha! If only they had her doing the quality control checks at the factory. I'm sure nobody would be complaining about misaligned boots, etc. :).
Saw a Black GT leaving Dan Murphy's at Burleigh Waters yesterday as I was leaving the gym and going to my car. I would like to know what exhaust set-up that car has. Nice aggressive, slightly growly, slightly raspy note when it accelerated.
To me, black looks best at night with the lights on...
I'm thinking the scene from Clockwork Orange where his former droogs, now police, take little Alex to a bath tub in the middle of nowhere, half drown him and beat him with their truncheons while they are doing so.
Unfortunately I think you may be onto something here. Would not surprise me at all.
US logistics know-how might have gone slightly backwards since the Normandy landings.
Exactly. I like to see a bit of debate. I like to see different opinions. Different opinions can help to change yours. I was once COMPLETELY against black wheels, but other people forced me to question my prejudices (hell, we've all got those for better or worse). Everyone should have an...
I'd still get the thing off as soon as I could, just to be on the safe side, and I'd not go too fast in it. Treat it like a space saver, though I'm guessing it's a bit better than that. Better safe ... as they say.
I wasn't having a go at your wheel choice Daffy. I ordered nickel originally but changed to black. I don't really like the wheel in whatever colour it is to be frank but that's what we get.
A bit rough:
'A 2.3-litre four-cylinder turbo “Ecoboost” model is priced from $45,990. Dealers have plenty of those and you can drive one home tomorrow, but you shouldn’t. A four-cylinder turbo Mustang, especially one with “Eco” nomenclature, cannot be taken seriously.'
You should be banned from the site Drewbo for making me watch that :). Worst problem I have on the Gold Coast is double-lane roundabouts and idiots trying to change lanes on them. If there is a car on my outside or inside, I generally let them go ahead in case they do something stupid. And many...
I think the black wheels will probably just be remembered as a stylistic quirk of the era, like the louvres on cars in the early seventies or similar. I'm personally not keen on them, but the car is a product of its time, so I'll put up with them. I originally ordered the nickel wheels but...
Might have happened from trying to close the boot too many times on excess luggage? I'm sort of doubting it came from the factory like that, but you never know!
