The stripe is matte black with a gloss red. I'll post pics later when I get to my hotel. Hope that clears things up.

Ruby Red would be cool, but yellow most definitely belongs on any $50k+ sports car. That Cayman GT4 that Porsche is showing off is really hot! If I spend above that on a sports car I want everyone to notice it. Gimme Race Red or Yellow, but I could also go with Ruby Red. Black is just too much work to keep spotless. All IMO, of course, YMMV.

I like the bright colors, but I do some things that might get me in trouble at times on the street. So... I typically purchase a more stealthy color such as black for that reason.

I do not like Yellow Cars. But....... I LIKE THAT YELLOW CAR! Not going to make me feel bad about my race red with black stripes order, but GREAT LOOKING in all colors.
