Triple Yellow R - new 5K adm

I recently bought a '17 F250 and have been lurking around on a Ford SD site. Interesting how differently people perceive a $70K truck as compared to a $70K Mustang.....
I would own a GT350 if Ford would simply treat them as any other vehicle...build as many as the market demands and price and/or discount accordingly. I don't believe for 1 second that my F250 SD cost 1 penny less to produce (or my '15 GTPP cost $30K more to produce) than a GT350......at dollars/pound it is no contest......just a lot slower......the 6.2 V8 even sounds pretty good getting there.

I will inevitably soften - just saying that hearing that one is for sale or someone was offered one at a certain price isn't an actual sale. The blue one, if it's the one I'm thinking of was negotiated with a trade which isn't the same as a straight up $5k over sale.

I hear ya. It was a done deal over the phone. They wanted that car sold. In very clear words, I told them that I wasn't prepared to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire.

I am certain that 5k was real. So much so that my dealer didn't blink and eye to bring mine down to 5k based upon this curcumstamce.

THIS!!! Currently pissed at Koons ford in Washington DC for refusing to sell me a black GT350 for sticker. They wanted 5k ADM and they have 17 total GT350s in stock! WTF they even had 2 GT350Rs on the showroom floor for 99k with ADM they are out of their mind.

Ive been keeping an eye on the all black one with the highback recaros on their lot and see how long it takes them to move it. :frusty:

Koons has some of the worst pricing on 350's on the net. They emailed me that they sold their last R at $120K and asked if I wanted a regular 350. You are in a bad area and will most likely need to shop in the Midwest to find a dealer willing to deal.

I got my 14 GT500 from Koons Baltimore, for MSRP. I know Rs are much harder to get than GT500s were, but I'm not sure Non Rs are any harder at this point. I wonder if they had a management change.

Mad bias here ... but I get nothing but compliments on mine. I feel that it's one of those colors that looks even better in person. Really shows the lines well. Someone scoop that up, I wish I only paid $73k for mine. No RAGRETS!

Also a friend of mine is in a Porsche club that does a few track days throughout the year. Headed to mid-Ohio mid-September if you wanna join in I'm sure there's still room. :cheers:

I was using the ford site, as of last night there are 8 Rs for sale within 100 miles of Tampa.

No Rs within a 100 miles of me in SE PA.

Sounds good, I will try to make it up. Definitely interested in hitting Mid-Ohio. I had planned on it with my track pack but never made it. The September date might be tight depending on when the car is built etc. But I am interested in future dates for sure.

I just bought this car today. 2K ADM. How did this fall through the cracks? After my initial inquiry, a bunch of time went by and I reached out to the dealer. THE CAR WAS STILL THERE. Negotiated down to 2K ADM. I drove my '16 oxford white track pack over there and traded it in for 51K. The consensus in another thread was that it was a good deal.
