The fact that the thread is now titled xx leads me to believe OP settled with them.

Or the lawsuit is pending and he's trying not to draw more attention to it

I think if he settled they would have made a stipulation of taking the post down. I could be wrong though. Very damaging to LMS's rep. I'm glad there are outlets on the forums to expose this f**kery.

It was settled. But op can’t talk about it.. LMS can’t tune shat. Ask any of the big tuners. LMS is worse than BAMA at tuning

They "allegedly" screwed my buddy over on his sleeved block. The sleeve dropped in the block and they denied it ever happened even though the shop that tore it down confirmed it before giving it to them. When he drove the hour down to mic the sleeve to call them on their BS, miraculously, by the time he go there they had already Decked the block. *BS, **We all know Machine shops don't work that fast.

After an already top budget 1000rw build, he never even got it on the dyno and was out another $3500 in machine work and parts. Most of these big 3 letter companies are trash. I believe they get so big they think they are above us shlubs that give them our money.

I stopped doing business with them years ago when I called to confirm they had a part in stock and after I drove the 3 hours to get there, the nose picking kid (up to his knuckle) behind the counter told me they didn't have what I needed and blamed it on someone else. ..even though it was him I talked to on the phone.

I wish we knew the outcome. I just spent a couple of days spare time reading every post. The way Livernois handled this, should be taught in public relations classes on exactly what NOT to do. Holy hell.

The funniest thing in the whole 35 pages, is to watch the poster, Jennystang, go from defending Livernois, and mocking anyone who questioned them, like an absolute fanboy, to becoming the harshest critic of them in the whole thread. Even referring to them as "Livershit" and "Livercrap". An absolutely hilarious 180. 😂
