My AGM battery failed and I bought a standard battery to replace it. I sent the AGM back for a warranty replacement and I just got a new one in the box. The other battery has only been in the car for a month and it's already leaking.

Should I leave the wet cell in there until it fails and keep the brand new AGM in it's box until needed? Keep the AGM on the tender in the meantime? Replace the leaking wet cell right now? WWYD?

Warranty swap the new flooded battery, and put in car,
Tender the AGM (hopefully you have a charger that does AGM like CTEK)

Personally AGM is a great construction, and better initial current rush.
However suffers the same fate in our cars due to the parasitic load that sucks em down over days of non use. Not good for any chemistry, so why torture an expensive AGM.

Whatever you end up wanting to keep in the car, get the leaking lead acid battery out. Unless you just like the corrosion leaking acid will bring...
