Took my Roush vents to a local shop to find a match to RR paint. Thought this might be a better way to go than painting them.

They said the pressure activated wrap would not stick to the plastic as it is "low energy". I googled a bit and certainly seems like it is an issue. I have also found people who have, although not sure about how long it lasted. Also the texture would be an issue, but even if that was sanded down it wouldn't improve the odds.

Thoughts? Experience?

TPO is not easy to get stuff to stick to it. Maybe you can try 3M's 4298 adhesion promoter or their Primer 94. The roush side splitters we put on our 2011 mustang came with a couple of packets of the 4298 and it caused the 3M body tape to stick like mad to the mustangs rocker covers which are tpo plastic. Urethanesupply.com sells an adhesion promoter too. (Just so you don't think this is a 3M commercial)
The adhesion promoters are expensive though. Good luck!

Subd. I feel like I've seen several with wrapped heat extractors and have been debating doing mine black.
