Good Morning, my name is John and I am considering purchasing an S550. I am doing a little research to determine the availability of technical information and procedures to maintain the vehicle. It seems that purchasing a hard copy service manual from the dealer is no longer an option. The Motorcraft Service website allows the purchase of a 72 hr subscription for around $22. I found an older thread:

Does anyone have experience with the CD-ROM and could maybe speak to the quality?

I bought the CD (I get the manual for all my vehicles) it works ok but I had to download a svg viewer to see the electrical diagrams.
