Yeah I didn’t mean to be brother bummer suggesting a cut out was the solution, it was just the first thing that sprang to mind.

Totally sucks dude, hope whatever repair is needed goes smoothly.

Really sorry for what happened. For the safety of both cars and people, I'll tell my neighbors it'd be a good idea to check weights (individual items and overall) along with how items are balanced amongst themselves.

That sucks. I have cargo nets blocking anything from falling out of the rafter shelving .
I get them from the junkyard as cars like the Chevy hhr have them for the back of the wagon area. Think I paid 5 bucks for 3 of them .

Yeah I was going to suggest bungee cords or some kind of netting. Could even make a few braces out of the same steel that the shelving is made out of. Put them on a hinge or something for easy access.

Just had a large branch fall on my roof during a storm. Roof is getting replaced. Yes, there is a CF option. Was looking at that CF option, still not sure.

I‘m guessing the tote was full of Challenger/Charger & Camaro hot wheels……. Seriously my heart sank seeing that. My wife even felt terrible and she‘s not a car enthusiast. Hope it goes well

This Saturday morning I was up ready to go to Celebrity Cars & Coffee and found this in my garage.
A tub of HotWheels fell off a roof rack(it's been up there over 6 years).

Holy Sh?t Batman. That must have been 80 pounds of Hot wheels. Keep us posted as to the repair. A deathless guy could possibly fix it but will cost. Good luck

Ugh! Beerchamp, sorry to see this. Hope if gets fixed back to 'normal' with minimal changes.

I know for a fact that I've been very lucky and have dodged hood/roof/trunk dents.
I'm sure my day is coming too.
