I’ve read in the forums that some tint applicators have trouble getting tints to work well with defroster lines and dotted fade areas. How do these two areas look when they don’t get them right? How do they look when they do? Thanks.

If they're done right, it lays flat and looks perfect. If it's done wrong, it all ends up being bubbly and peeling away. Just check for larger bubbles as best you can.

Thanks. I see no bubbles, but the lines are more pronounced looking out the rear window. In the day, I see them. At night they’re far more pronounced with cars behind me bisected with lines. I’ve got 35 percent tint.

Also with dotted areas of fade, the guys said I’d see a white edge once the vinyl fully dries, white edge laying on top of the dots. I see no bubbles there either. This is my first experience with tints, so I have nothing to fall back on.
