I would also like to know if anyone has had any issues with cops? From people I've talked to they haven't, but just wanting to get a broader prospective.
I haven't had any issues and I've got 3 cars with the Anchor Room tint kit.

Do you have window tint? If so how dark? (On the ones with light tint)
Our windows as well as the front windshield are tinted. Not sure for the percentage for either though. I'll see if I can find out.

Anybody know of a tint kit that tints the the whole tail light?

I don't believe anyone makes a single piece tail light tint kit.
The anchor room one is several pieces which are cut to fit perfect.

I went with the full kit from Anchor-Room. Install went pretty well overall and I love the look. I did notice a significant loss from the headlights output so I removed the vinals from the headlights.
I did almost get rear-ended by my friend on a bike while we were fooling around in a tunnel though. He was wearing a tinted visor and said he couldn't see the car until my auto-lights turned on. It's probably something that could screw you over with your insurance company if you were to get rear-ended and they want to be a dick about it. I'll be leaving them on though, just no more tunnels!
