Depends on what your uses for the car are. I daily mine so a square setup makes more sense for me so I can rotate all 4 corners. For track use, square makes more sense as well, although there are some that go staggered for the track. To me, the best use for a staggered setup is if you’re doing straight line stuff (1/4 mile, 1/2 mile). If you don’t plan to do much of any of that, it comes down looks. If you like the look of a 305 (or larger) in the rear, go for the staggered setup. I have 285’s all around and those are plenty big enough for me.Like the title say. Wider wheel in back with same tire size all around or go wider tire in back also?? I see wheel set in the ads but always seem to be wider rears...
Yeah that might be one of the dumbest things you can do. Not only are you missing out on the extra width out back where you need it, but you can't even rotate the tires front to back like you could with a true square setup.I don't know why anyone would put wider wheels in back with the same size tires all around.

I think the PP2 came with 305s all around but the fronts are 10.5 while the rears are 11.In one of the other threads, someone said their car came from Ford with wider wheels in the rear but same size tires all around. I don't know which model it was.
That's sort ok, at least he's taking full advantage of the rear wheel size and just a bit oversized for the front.I think the PP2 came with 305s all around but the fronts are 10.5 while the rears are 11.
Yes, I read that and thought it was weird.I think the PP2 came with 305s all around but the fronts are 10.5 while the rears are 11.
