Isn't Ford going to be doing the 'valet/teenage driver' electronic limiting thing that kills HP/TQ ??? If someone buys their 16yr old kid a Mustang then (hopefully) that is a VERY RESPONSIBLE and mature youngster.....if not then the parents deserve every bit of grief they are going to receive.
