You mean you got actual service else where?

Had them on my original '19 GT MT82. Was purely a 93 tune back then. It didn't run very well. And they couldn't get the RPMs right. On their tune, it would rev hang WAY too long in every gear. Kept telling me, it was a problem with my car, yet it would stop immediately upon going back to stock. Sent them multiple logs and they kept ignoring them saying the car was the issue. Went back stock until I sold the car about 6 months later to pick up an Auto.

Picked up a '20 A10 GT PP, and against my better judgement, went with Lund again because at the time there were far less names. Got a flex tune through them, and had small issues with how it ran with E85. A million excuses with rude, snide replies (Cannot stand how they speak to their customers. At that time their Facebook group was a massive trash talking circle, where Jon would just talk about his customers negatively.)

So I refuse to ever work with them again. Never. Many interactions with multiple employees, almost entirely negative. Went Wengerd this time for my boosted Mach 1, and he NAILED it, dude has a great work ethic, great response times, seems like a pretty chill guy. Even when just asking questions about stuff I see in the log.
