why are there 2 different TPMS styles

looks like there's black ones from Ford Racing and regular yellow ones

are there any differences between the two?

I am interested to know as I just bought new rims and I ordered the yellow ones from CJ Pony Parts.

I've had 4 different sets of wheels/tires/sensors on my car, and every new set of sensors begin reading within 25-miles.
