I had the same issue with the Redline fender "bracket " on my 23. I removed everything and reinstalled the hood prop rod. Also, the Redline hood brackets don't lock on the hood hinge the same as in the instructions. Seems Redline is selling the 15-17 Mustang Hood Strut kit for the 18-23 Mustang...
