So how does this flight software work exactly, Is it just modding the tune or does it overlap it somehow. was on there website and a guy said he used it on his roushcharged car to fix gear ratio change. So it cant be using a whipple tune on a roush??

No, it is just for Whipple's tune. You can use the Cal and software to fix the speedo on any car (that the Cal is registered to), that is not the flight control software.

The Flight control only works with Whipple's tune, you can use 02 sensor foulers like from Big daddies Garage. To get stop O2 sensor CEL.
