It's easy, use a 1/2 ratchet and insert into the slot in the tensioner, and turn it clockwise to release belt tension. Take belt off the remove bolts and install new pulley and torque to 130 inch lbs.

Inch lbs. damn it, I don’t got that lol

Do I need to tighten the belt tension because of the smaller pulley?

if no inch Lbs torque wrench then just use a 1/4" ratchet and give it a good snug down. One pulley size even 2 should have to adjust the tensioner, but it should be almost parellel when belt is one.

stick the half inch ratchet into the square in the picture where the arrow is pointing. lever it and when the belt comes loose pull it off the upper pulley.

Make sure you crack the bolts loose before removing the belt. When you remove the belt the spring loaded adjuster moves quite far, you may even have to let the ratchet sit up against the fender well.

After putting the belt back on, double check that its still on all the other pulleys.
