Yes to everything. You got it! The fuel fittings are just good and snug. Tighten each end at the same time so that your basically counter-tightening and creating the least amount of stress on the rails. If for some reason you can only do one at a time you’ll be just fine; they aren’t crazy tight.

Second tip. Don’t put the radiator hoses back on till near the end. They will just get in the way of pulleys and belt install.
