Anyone who has installed the Whipple 3.0...

Step 64 install supplied electronic throttle pigtail to the factory connector...

It's the only step without a picture or a part number.

I believe they mean the throttle body harness extension. The stock harness that used to plug into the TB will not reach the new TB location so they include a 18" extension.

That's what I was thinking as well. The directions are fairly good. You can tell that some of the descriptions they spent a little more time preparing referencing specific part numbers. This one not so much. I also found the same instructions further in the install manual #139. Been a couple times they repeat the same instructions.

If it is for the extension harness try plugging it into the TB connector on the front passenger side.
