I checked the blue IMRC plug wire colors today and the yellow/green with grey stripe plug which is the one the manual says to plug the fan/pump harness in to, and it's the shorter of the 2 plugs. The picture shown on my first post shows I had it in the wrong one the longer of the 2, so I switched it today.

Nice.

I've had mine since February 15' before the fans were controlled this way so I just tried one and gambled. Of course I lost and had to move to the other one lol. I couldn't even win with 50/50 odds!

LOL...you and me both, and others as well have been unlucky with the coin toss. I hope others installing can find this and guide them. Not having your intercooler pump running could be damaging.

if it makes you guys feel any better, i lost the 50/50 coin toss too :D and it would have been easy to swap, except like an idiot i taped the crap out of the plugs. so the hardest part was getting my monkey size hands behind there to cut the tape off

well the manual does say to start it up, make sure the pump is flowing. so i'd hope everyone checks it before just taking off and driving :)

Oh yah, I'm having painful flashbacks. When I installed the update harness a few months ago I had to locate the taped up plugs and unravel them to. I think there was a whole roll of tape on all 4 unused plugs and guess what???? The first two I unraveled were the white plugs not the blue ones lol.

Tasca Mod Shop installed my Whipple on my mustang and I hadn't yet installed my F150 yet so I didn't know exactly where to look. When I installed the F150 kit I was thinking how much easier this was without the blower in my way lol.

Almost done my instal, but Need some help guys! Does anyone have a picture of the routing for the hose from the top of the IC coolant reservoir that goes up near the air box with the coolant filler neck on it. I'm not seeing in the directions where and how this hose connects with the filler neck, and then how it routes back under the supercharger to the heat exchanger.

Also how do you verify IC coolant flow?

It's a preformed hose that routs from the ic core to the filler neck, towards passenger side. Other side goes to the resevoir down below airbox.

To fill the system you have to start the engine and it won't flow/fill of pumps not working.

You saying the filler neck is connected to the hose from the IC core bottom fitting that is routed on the pass side? I thought the filler neck was connected to the hose routed on the drivers side near the air box?

There are 3 connections.
#1 bottom ic fitting to filler neck 3/4" barb facing passenger side. Preformed hose can only fit one way.
#2 filler neck 3/4" facing driver side to 3/4" at ic resevoir.
#3 3/8" burp line from filler neck to ic tank.

I'll try to snap some pics for you, but it might be kind of difficult to capture everything, especially near the reservoir.

Thanks I appreciate it. Also do you have the enclosed air box? I need to see how the MAF housing attaches to the plastic air box. Specifically I need to see how the metal plate attaches does it mount inside or outside the box.
