Dumb question, how much trouble to turn belt around? Do you have to pull the intake tube off or just release tensioner? What is the best way to release tensioner? Probably be doing this solo without a helper..

Socket on the tensioner pull it back and it releases the belt I wouldn't even bother flipping the belt when I did it stopped for a little then came back just buy a duralast belt from autozone

This is frustrating to hear this, a noisy drive system is not something I can stand. I hope this is an isolated issue, but sounds like more than a hand full have problems. I hope Whipple can resolve these issues with you guys having this problem.

We changed the press fit on the idler stands to make it less likely for install error. Once the belt has damaged the edge, it will squeak until it's flipped around or replaced. Flipping will fix either short term if the issue is not resolved or long term if it's done when the stands are correct.

Were working with anyone that has an issue to help resolve. It's best to email us/me as it's faster to solve.

That's a 106.5" 6-rib belt, 2705mm. I'll get a few and test out vs the Gates that we supply. Goodyear has the gator back as well but haven't tested in this app.
