Check out the attached pic, I have the manual adjustable tensioner down by the alternator backed off as loose as it can go (Slid all the way towards the passenger side).
Just installed the Gates 102.5" HD Belt and Griptec 3.375" pulley. The tensioner is around 90% of the way, will it smack the stop when I let off the throttle? It was a bear to get the belt on.
This is giving me plenty of tensioner room for belt stretch, but until it stretches some this makes me nervous.
