I did last week. It was because the numbers I supplied to Whipple to order the tune were incorrect. I had a custom tune loaded at the time which apparently changes them. I should have returned the car to stock first, then used the flare tool to get the software ID and stuff. Even if it is not that, it is likely that there is a number mismatch with those ID's you supplied to them.
