So does anyone know what parts you can get with the CARB legal kit? Id ike the 72lb injectors, bigger throttle body, and open air box. Would that pass? Not from CA but need to pass emissions every year.

Also how hard is it to swap from stock tune to custom and back without touching anything else?

I think they are shipping everyone the carb compliant setup with the closed airbox now, unless you buy the tuner kit.

but in CA I have everything you listed, except closed air box.

Yo can have all of those things and still be carb legal. CA I believe is the only state requiring the enclosed air box.

If you get the Canelope hand held device it's a breeze to install tune via Flare program on a Mac or PC and update anytime easy, breezy, beautiful... Cover girl.

We use the enclosed box on all kits except competition kits as there are 14 states that have adopted CARB standards. EPA recognizes carb standards so we are covered in all 50 states.

Excllent!

This is probably posted somewhere, but what pulley size would max out the 72lb injectors with no boost a pump, and what is the stock pulley size, and do you need a new belt everytime you swap pulleys?

THANKS!!

I believe 3.625" is the smallest Whipple recommends on pump gas with 72# squirters with or without BAP. The pulley that comes normally in the kit is 3.75" and you do not need to change the belt.

3.25" is max for fuel flow but that's not pump gas or EO compatible. 3.625" is max on pump gas.
