35 years old, Quality engineer for a major oil company. I work in the subsea exploration and production division. currently sitting on an installation vessel in the middle of the gulf of mexico installing some of the subsea architecture for a new record setting development. I managed to get here without a degree, starting out as QC inspector in an umbilical manufacturer 15 years ago making peanuts. I stuck it out, learned as much as I could, and somehow made a career of it so far.

I'm curious about the member make-up of M6G, especially those of us who have already placed orders.

So, if you're willing to share... how old are you and how do you make your way? Or, if you're retired, what did you used to do? And have you ordered your '15 yet?

In all fairness, I'll start.

I'm 26 and I manage a micro-brewery in Western NC (just west of Asheville). I've been behind a bar since I was 18 and served five years in the NC National Guard as a Cavalry Scout and spent a year south of Baghdad.

I'm 28 and I work as a computer programmer. Haven't been doing it long (only recently graduated) but I really enjoy it. I haven't put an order in yet but I'm shopping around and the next ride I buy will be a Mustang. :cheers:
