My car breaks the bank every month. Somehow my wallet keeps coming back for more abuse though.

My wallet.
Agreed! It's like an addiction. Oh look, shiny parts, go fast parts, I want it all, lol.

I have an 2020 EcoBoost. They had to fix a timing chain cover already. I just replaced the low pressure fuel sensor as I was throwing a code for it even though my CEL wasn't on. Has about 30k miles on it now.

2016 GT...had it for about 2 years...probably got to around 17K on it...had the a/c core issue-PITA but they fixed it and I sold it shortly after
2021 Mach 1 - have had for a year; 12k miles; had an issue with the active exhaust. Knock on wood...nothing else.

2018GT, 20132.9 miles.

... what haven't I?

The most fun was the outer ring of the flywheel with the gear teeth decided that it wanted no part of the flywheel, so it just ... detached itself... while I was on track. It spun all around the bellhousing, and chewed the teeth of the starter motor away to nothing.

A few weeks before that, the starter just fucking exploded because, well, why not?

Salvage car means that some untalented kid owned it before, and so I've replaced the hood, front bumper, fenders, k-member, k-member support brace/bracket, lower control arms, torsion arms, gas tank (because somebody decided to puncture it for him/me), o2 sensors, side skirts, rear bumper, a few starters, a few clutches, a few transmissions... caught on fire and melted all the harnesses, sensors, cmcv, imrc, intake manifold, all of these things, but the mighty Coyote still runs.

Received car new in July 2018. Currently just under 38K km (~23,600 miles). Left rear shock started leaking at 8K km (5K miles). Went in for a canister recall some time during Covid (last summer, I think). That’s it, just regular oil changes by me.

Ordered 2016. 37,001 miles.

Factory battery went out in a year, replaced under warranty.

Driver side mustang puddle light looked like crap after 4-5 years. Easy cheap DIY fix. Wasn't worth going for an extended warranty replacement.

On VERY rare occasions, backup camera doesn't work. There is a no time limit recall for a common wiring problem, but I doubt it's the cause for a few reasons and even if it was, as infrequent as this is, definitely not worth putting the car thru the perils of dealer contact.

I bought a 2016 GT a few months ago without really considering the reliability of the thing. It's the first Ford I've ever owned and I remember being told a lot as a kid that American made cars are garbage in that regard. My wife who was my girlfriend at thr time bought a 2003 Taurus and it died since the transmission went out. That was my fault. I should not have trusted the sellers that it was maintained. I drained the transmission oil and about 3 months later thr gears couldn't touch each other as I took out all the metal slag. Anyways, I bought the GT at 42k miles and put on about 4k myself. Another 4k will put me at 50k. Yeah, it's my daily for now and will be for a few years. Glad I got the manual clutch, but I heard it's a terrible gearbox. It's the base model with almost no options. It has the Airaid intake and muffler delete. Previous owner also put 20 inch Nich rims. If I drive it hard in the power band, it still smells weird. Makes me wonder if the dealer did a rebuild on it...

So, what's your odometer at and what's broke so far?
2017 GT PP.. 35,000 miles.. Nothing has broken.
