The condenser is always in front of the radiator. Or did the condenser get destroyed too? You didn't mention that. At least on my Bullitt, there's no exposed part of the radiator; the sides are blocked by the (blocked) sides of the grille. Or maybe you replaced the stock grille? That would explain it.

Hole is on the inside of the radiator. That's why I asked "What Happened". Defective radiator?

That would have definitely made a noise. All of a sudden when I pulled into the gas station. No sign of anything hitting it.
I'm going to break off the end caps tomorrow and pull it apart, see what's in there.

My bet is you sucked up some rocks that were dancing around or some type of metal shrapnel. That doesn’t just randomly happen.

I would have heard something. The end cap was messed up too. Just happened all of a sudden. No idea. Wish I knew for a peace of mind.
