What do you think about GT/Ecoboost/V6 Mustangs with stripes? Poseurish? Tacky?

i’m a huge fan of 60s/70’s Chevy muscle, and my fav car is a 70 Chevelle SS 454. the bandaid stripes on that car just make me so happy everytime i see them lol so them on a stang would be awesome
Then you better have a damn good excuse for not already doing that.

lmao not really interested in it TBH. I think the stang looks awesome in velocity blue sans stripes! ford never really did bandaid stripes but if i had a classic chevy i totally would

Here in Greece there aren't many mustangs.. And i love the stripes, to each their own of course, but I personally think the stripes give it a more aggressive look.. Put stripes on both of my ponies :)

And the gt350r spoiler on my 2019 GT looks sick.. I was scared it would be 'too much' but i think with the stripes and black roof, it all goes amazing together.. :D

Imo you don’t get a car like this to not be seen.
In countries outside of the US.. where in a city of 7 million people, there are less than 200 mustangs.. no matter the trim or color, stripes or not.. you will be SEEN.. and people take photos of stock ecoboosts that have no visual mods or anything... hehe.

I myself got them because it was my dream car since i left the states at age 12.. (and frikking fun as hell to drive) and finally managed to pick my first one up after years of working at the age of 31.. Here it's not like in the U.S. An ecoboost costs $80k cash (no credit, no installments, no financing) upfront.. And the yearly taxes are jacked up the wazoo.. (not even going to delve into the costs of the GT)

So might as well have fun with it and style/customize it to the user's liking ;)

Was on the fence about black side stripe on my GT/CS but it’s very subtle. Hardly notice it’s there. May have not wanted it if it was white.
I’m liking it but was never a big fan of stripes unless on a Shelby.

It's all good! As long as it's honest.
