I think he means since it is at such a small angle it creates so much drag and disrupts smooth airflow needed for good gas mileage.
Yes, but I'd like some actual numbers. eg. steady-state 60mph was 22mpg, but observed 19mpg when installed. Or something along those lines. He clearly has some kind of numbers even if rough but declined to post any actual data.

Installed the Ford Performance Cold Air Induction, 87mm Throttle Body and retuned with the ProCal 4. Tomorrow is the install for Eibach 25mm wheel spacers to push the wheels out flush to the fenders, followed by GT350 lowering springs. Contemplating the X-Pipe for near future install.

Simply washed it and waxed it.

Hung out tonight, with two of my friends of many years. Got our cars cleaned up for a show tomorrow morning.

Got her back on the road in about half an hour. Used a patch kit, one gallon air compressor, and a 100' extension cord. Didn't even have to take the wheel off, was able to inflate it enough then roll it to where I could work on the puncture. Painless.
Glad to see you were able to get the tire patched. Yes that tire inflator is garbage... time for you to get a spare tire kit. I took that POS inflator kit out and got a tire kit like many others on here. Or get a better, more powerful portable air pump.

Got the gt500/Mach one swing with gurney flap on… It’s about three pounds lighter (6-7 lbs with flap) than the pp1 spoiler (9-10lbs) The gurney flap absolutely destroys gas mileage on the highway.. Sucks cause it looks so good on there!!

Beautiful! Is that the ford performance spoiler/ version and did the holes line up with the PP1 holes?

Punctures don't happen often, but they do happen ... I have had 3 in the last 10 years or so (well one was a broken valve stem - not a true puncture).

I am glad you posted this because I have been skeptical about the inflator kit. I will probably pull the trigger on one of the spare tire kits soon: https://accessories.ford.com/products/mustang-2015-2020-spare-tire-kit-for-v6-i4-and-gt-coupe-1

Just one more thing Ford seems to be cheaping out on 🤬🤬🤬
Worth every penny the first time you need it. Get it from Benny at Levittown and save some $$$

Yesterday:

Fourth battery in 6 years/37k miles. Barely got in on 36 month free replacement for the Bosch that was in it. Did the engine off, 5 flash, 3 brake BMS reset.

Original factory lasted about 18 months. Warranty replacement not much better. Purchased the Bosch in '19.

"Free" replacement warranty is just the remainder of the Bosch warranty. Store doesn't carry Bosch any more so they put in a Champion. When it dies, I'll put in an AGM. There were no AGM R posts that fit the Mustang battery box when I got the Bosch. Will need to find out if BMS should be disabled then for a battery of different type and capacity.

My ATS factory battery lasted 6 years. Probably a combination of better battery PLUS stays cool in the trunk. Maybe relocate the Mustang battery to the trunk next time for longer life and better weight distribution.

New Champion battery in Mustang:

I did a paint detail on the coil and engine cover . I put blue vinyl tape on to see if I liked the look, and I do.
Yesterday I removed the parts cleaned with rubbing alcohol, masked, primed, and painted blue that closely match the calipers. Just tinkering.
Was fun!
Best regards, Dave

Nothing, it just sits in my garage with a big grin on its face, I think it is pondering trying to eat me!
