used a fuse tap in fuse #36 in the passenger footwell to power a 12V/5V USB adapter, wired it up through the side of the dash, through the a pillar, and push the wire under the headliner to the camera. Luckily the new dash cam had the same mini USB plug so it was a direct swap out when putting the new one in.

Yep, that's where I'm screwed. The Lukas HD uses a DC power plug instead of USB.

bro, don't waist the money. it takes less than 20 mins to pull the bumper off, this first time. I can get a bumper off in 5 mins. the grill snaps out and replace the new one, snaps in place. Yuotube how to take the bumper off. hardest part is the 7mm screw behind the fender and that is a nothing burger once you find it.

I found it a lot easier/faster if you Jack the car up and take the front wheels off. That 7mm screw is in an awkward spot. Good luck!
