It did come off, they pull it off, clear the area, repaint, let it dry for a day, then today they're supposed to be putting the glass back on and hopefully have it ready for pickup in the afternoon sometime. I'm hopeful I'll get it back before the weekend even if it is going to be rainy here the whole time, I miss my car!

On the plus side if it does rain you can make sure they installed the glass right and it doesn’t leak

Got an update and apparently the glass company got delayed in the morning so they're coming soon, but it has to "cure for 4 hours before going on the road" so I'll be picking it up tomorrow morning instead :(

Replacing Summer tires with Michelin A/S 3s. It's too cold to trust the Sport 4s, besides, I want to put Shelby CS-5s on and summer's on them.

Installed my WMG short shifter and manual shift boot/bezel. I purchased the short version which requires removing 1” off the shaft. Very easy install.

Very satisfied with the look and feel. This is the way the automatic should have come from the factory.

Got her back! Also happy that they didn't seem to damage the tint on the rear window at all so that's nice. Just going to keep an eye out for any leaks for a bit and hopefully no other issues. Paint match looks spot on to me so far too.

Changed the oil & filter today. First time on this car. It was a bit easier than on my Speed 3, mostly due to better access. A bit over six quarts of Pennzoil Platinum and a K&N HP-2009 filter.

I finally assembled and configured my AutoPI dongle, now my Moostang is IoT-enabled, with data-logging from the obd2 port directly to the Interwebz ;)
