Added a Boomba shifter. Even though it just slips over the stock "nub", it feels great and feels much more accurate when shifting. I love the low height. Put the stock knob back on while I decide what I want. Install was incredibly easy.

Gave it a pat on the head for being a great car that deals with my heavy foot like a pro.

Raced it a local 1/8th mile track.
Found a rattle. Debating trying to fix it or warranty it.

Installed a dash cam (Roav C1) and on my first day out with it already captured the kind of tomfoolery this car causes in other people. This road is a 50mph speed limit, I took off from the light easy (see the reflection of vacuum gauge) and this guy decides he wants me to know how big his balls are. I got up to about 55, he was going much faster so I pulled off. Admittedly, his supercharger whine was insane! Then he nearly crashed. Sorry no sound, accidentally muted the cam while messing around with it figuring stuff out.

I have a ROAV as well. Actually two, one for each car. Great little cameras. Not only is it great to catch the fun times/dumb times/other drivers' idiocy, but it definitely offers great peace of mind knowing that you are recording everything in the unfortunate event that something should go wrong. I just with their wifi-video transfer wasn't so fickle.

Sprayed down with soap/water and dried. Nice and easy thanks to the ceramic.

^^^ Looks like the vacuum gauge was swinging to near zero vacuum quite a bit. :)
The take off was normal. I shift around 3000-3500 RPM. I floored it in 4th when I saw him coming up to me just for fun.

Yea, I've only messed with the wifi transfer before I installed it. Also it updated itself over wifi (made me format the SD card).

Nice. Do you think they’re to loud and where did you get those for $550 ? I’ve been debating on getting them for my ride.
Amazon...$558 last Saturday. S7277409 P/N.

Perfect volume for me. This is my DD and I drive 2-3k miles per month, so not looking for an overly loud output.

Scared the crap out of my son firing it up this morning while he was standing behind it waiting for me to pull out of the narrow 3rd stall. I’ve heard cold starts can have that affect! (Likely the case with most catbacks w/o resonators)

Drove up to Denali and back today. 8 hours round trip at 26MPG. She was clean before the construction zone.

Got a spare tire kit a few weeks ago,
2v2Jy3rSWx1Ybjq.jpg

Then today I swapped in the track pads, tires, and flushed the brake fluid, in preparation to go to VIR for a weekend HPDE
Does that spare work if you have the performance package?? Dealer only gave me that kit to fix a flat. Can’t order spare with pp. thanks for the help

Damn! Forgot about clearing the Brembos. No, it will not work on PP1 or PP2 cars.
It would work only on the rears, so need 2 jacks or a jack stand to put a rear on the front, then the spare on thr rear if one of the fronts was flat. Basically a PIA situation.
