The bolts should be there, but you'll probably need a couple nuts for on the driver side as I think you just have naked bolts where it attached. A couple bucks at Lowe's/Home Depot/Dealership.
5 minute install.
A deep socket will work best, but you can get away with a crescent wrench as well.

Removal likely isn't necessary. If they can't massage the dent out from the back of the panel they will likely pivot to using a glue dent puller.
Will take several pulls/pops, but won't be an issue.
