George, that engine bay is worthy of a trophy... Great Job!

Thank you Lorne, I put some time into detailing it.

Thanks Dave, liner was about 800 bucks. The guy is Jeff Copeland out of Kentucky. He does some nice work. Go to his web site and look at his work.

Did the calipers in rapid red tri coat.

Looks great. I did my GT calipers in Velocity Blue to match the painted stripes, mirror cover, etc.. But not bright enough to hardly notice behind the PP1 wheels. Should have done a red instead (to match the interior and tail lights. LoL).

What is the temperature rating for the paint you used?

The calipers are kind of a pain to do but worth it. The blue accents you did look great. The epoxy sealer I used is good for 6-700 degrees. The eurethane top coats are good for 500 conservatively.

If not too much trouble what exact paint did you use? I'm gonna redo mine in red and that's a damn nice red.

Its the factory D4 code for Rapid Red. Its a red pearl base, then a tinted mid coat, then clear. I used Omni Plus. Even in the Omni Plus its $2-220 for those two pints of color. Deltron, Diamont and Glasurit were 1-125 more, and I wasn’t trying to do a panel blend where the variant was needed so I didn’t spend the extra. If you have any other questions feel free to pm me.
