So this is Wimbledon? Do you have more samples of blue and Wimbledon?
That is indeed Wimbledon over Guardsman Blue. I thought I had more pics of this particular car, but I can't seem to find them. I'll bet with a little sleuthing you'd find more pics on the web though, since it was common on the Cobras originally.

Wimbledon is a very slightly cream-ish white (no gray tint whatsoever, IMO), whereas Oxford is a straight up white. If that makes any sense. I think FPB is fairly close to Guardsman, which is why I think Wimbledon would look fantastic on it. Plus you'd have that retro connection, and added uniqueness to boot.

Nothing in reasonable means will hang with the 500 at the track. Its kind of funny to see the older cars out there. A few years in a row, you'd see a 2000 cobra R out there. You would think it was going backwards. I may even have some of that footage in my archives. I think from a nostalgic point of view, the old time cars are great, but they cant hang with todays performance.
