Weird Transmission Noises

can anyone tell what this noise is? Its most noticeable at idle near walls, in parking garages, and in parking spots near other cars. Its rpm dependent it does get louder under acceleration. My car is too loud to hear it after about 2500-3000 rpm though. I can also hear it pretty well under light throttle in first and second gear pretty clearly. My car has been intermittently bucking under light throttle and skips the 3-4 shift under full throttle like 75% of the time.

Checked the transmission fluid lately. Level? Color? Smell?

I don't hear anything unusual in the first video (sounds nice actually). In the second video I hear what sounds like someone brushing their teeth 2-3 seconds in. To which sound are you referring?
