Weird idling

Eh, not sure a battery would cause a bad idle, but I also wouldn't have suggested the alternator either. A bad ground could definitely cause some anomalies, but anything along those lines would have other electrical issues or lights dimming at idle. I'd check the spark plugs and coils before the former. The TPS (throttle position sensor) is a possibility. I'd also put the stock intake back on and see what happens, if you're out of ideas.
Thank you for the post, I’ve been having the same problem even with the stock intake before...like my voltage is never above 13V..rarely does it ever hit 13 only hots 14 when the car first starts up

May not be helpful as mine's an EcoBoost but, mine would drop idle on the first start after a fill up. Ford replaced the evaporator purge valve which fixed my issue.

Dealing with this exact problem lol. Just bought a used 19 gt with 88k miles. Chasing the same problem. I dont have too much info about whats been done to my car other then roush cold air, axle back, catch can and lowering springs. Idk if its tuned im boutta find out soon but if yall find a fix lmk
