Weird idle surging

Idle surges up and down when air fuel ratio is all over the place stft reaches - 20 have changed ow sensor 3 times since August of 2021 any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked/changed the spark plugs? I was having idle surges and it was my cylinder 2 plug that was misfiring. Wasn't throwing any codes either. Dealer found it.

I'm Going to change the plugs today. Hopefully that's it.
