After a couple heavy rainy days I took a peek into my spare tire well and found water in it, and previous water staining marks. The amount of water was about 100-200ML I think.

Anybody else with this issue?

Only reason I checked was because the border guards rifled through my trunk as I was crossing the border and I wanted to make sure they didn't mess with anything.

did you happen to install a spoiler? My brother's 2012 had a nut on one of the spoiler bolts come off after an suv decided the side of a mustang waiting at a light looked tasty. Without pressure from the nut, the pad between the spoiler and the trunklid shifted around and lots of leaking when it rained. That put me off spoilers.

Same issue - there is a body panel seal UNDER the rear glass. The water follows the inside body panels to the spare tire well.
It took the dealer a week and they have to replace the back glass under the Service Bulletin.

Not sure if it will leak into the spare tire well but check under the carpet in your trunk on the drivers side. I found water build up there from Ford actually using a flimsy paper type cover over a hole that goes into the fender well. It peeled off and was allowing the splash water in from my tires.

Found the posibly leak
The rubber grommet for the harness, on the floor of the trunk by the l/s tailight.
It doesn't seem to be tight in the hole and is allowing water to come from underneath.
