Did you ever call the Ford 800# and get a Regional Rep involved who would have given you a Case number?Would this be just the 800 number listed on the ford website? Or is there some special one for these types of complaints?
the dealership is ignoring me completely .
If the answer is ‘No’ to the above, then you HAVE to do it, OR just start a case with the BBB. Either way you have to step over the Dealership now.
It’s not clear by your responses if you have called Ford 800# at any point in time since the car has been in the shop. Have you only been dealing with your Ford Service Writer at the Dealership?
There are no other Ford #s other than all of those listed in the prior link I posted in this thread.
