Greenway in Orlando sucks too. My neighbor gets the A and X plans from Ford as a former employee and can give four of them away to friends a year. Greenway gave me a song and dance about how the X plan wouldn't save me any money, blah, blah...it's 5% above invoice. How could it not save me money? After I bought my car elsewhere I called and asked them how much an extended warranty would be, they also hummed and hawed because I didn't buy my car from them. Since when do you have to buy a car from somewhere to buy a warranty from them? I told them they can inspect the car if they want. They acted like I was trying to get them to service a moon rover lol.

Did you open a case with Ford yet? Submit a complaint to better business bureau of Florida?

Not in Florida, believe it or not. ESP’s have to be bought though a dealer.

Looks like I misunderstood. You can buy the warranty but it has to be at the retail price. Online dealers like Flood Ford cannot sell to owners in Florida.

... it was a joke? In response to the post that said that they’re probably mobbed up and I’m in the trunk of a car. I’m not taken care of yet, won’t hold my breath til I’ve got a check in hand .
